Why eARThspring?
WHY: As a growing charter school, especially in this current time, fundraising is an absolute necessity. We only hold campus-wide events a few times each year which makes it crucial to have the support of our entire community. The money we raise covers the operations of our school and expansion of new and exciting programs. Our goal for this event is to raise $5,000 and we need your help to do it. Whether you sponsor the event with your business, buy a vendor space, purchase items in our market, or just plain want to donate -- any help you can give will have a massive impact on our community.
Who is allowed to attend eARThspring?
Everyone! We want grandma and grandpa. We want mom and dad. Siblings, guardians, aunts and uncles, friends, neighbors, literally everyone! This is a community event, designed to bring us all closer, while also raising funds for the advancement of our educational programs. We want EVERYONE there!
Let's talk Parking ...
Let's face it, parking can be a challenge at PSCS events ... so we want to simplify it all. As shown on the map, there is parking located in areas across the campus. When reviewing the map, you'll see each available parking zone in blue. The student parking lot is available that day (furthest left on the map. There is also available spaces at the Hive Loop parking lot, Croft parking lot, Barn parking lot, and Davis parking lot. There is designated Handicap Parking available in the Hive Loop lot, but those spaces are limited. Lastly, if all else fails, or if you don't want to wait around for a spot, you can park on the grass on the railroad tracks side of Bob Beatty Rd. We ask that if parking on Bob Beatty, you park in a diagonal fashion to allow for the most available spots and for ease of pulling in and out of the spaces. No cars should be parking on the school side of the road as this will create issues with traffic flow, and if you've ever done carpool at the beginning of each year, you know exactly what we mean. Take a look at the diagram below if unsure.
More questions?
An event map and full schedule of all performances is upcoming and we will update it here. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to Nick Kaylor at [email protected].
