2022/23 Lottery Results
Welcome! We are grateful you chose Pioneer Springs Community School as an educational journey option for your family! The following is information relative to interpreting lottery results and next steps as students are offered available seats for the 2022-23 school year. The results are listed by Registration Number; click on your student’s grade level and scroll down to find your Registration Number, then look across to find your student's position drawn in the lottery.
~If there is an A before the position number, that means your student has been ACCEPTED for the 2022-23 school year and you will receive an email with instructions about your forms with the deadline to submit your packet.
~If there is a W before the position number, that is your student's WAITLIST POSITION in his/her/their respective grade level. We continue to admit students from the waitlist through November of each year and will call you IF a seat becomes available for your student. Wait list movement throughout the school year is NOT updated on the Lottery Results Document. The Lottery Results Document provides a one-time snapshot of the positions drawn on lottery night only. We understand how excited you may be regarding your waitlist movement, but we are unable to return a large volume of calls and emails, keeping everyone posted on the regular. We promise, we will call you once you get accepted or if you are about to be accepted❤! We will use the phone numbers and email addresses on your form to find you. Please be sure your voicemail is set up and/or can accept voicemails. Be mindful we have set timelines so if we have emailed and left messages via the provided info on your form, and we don’t hear back from you, we move to the next person on the waitlist.
Very Important:
At this time we are limiting our campus tours and online information sessions. If you are accepted on March 23rd you are invited to attend a live, virtual Zoom session with our staff from 5-6 pm on Wednesday, March 30th. This will be the only post-lottery info session we will host so please make every effort to be there if you have NOT already attended a session. We have limited space for the on-campus tour we are hosting on Tuesday, April 5th. Please note the online tour sign-up and the link for the virtual info session linked in button below.
