Families as partners is one of the core principles of the basic school philosophy and is part of the Pioneer Covenant. Involvement of parents is imperative for the success of the school. Through volunteer hours families honor the legacy of the Pioneer Springs Community School founding families. Together, through service and commitment, families ensure that PSCS thrives in this unique arena of education.
Each school year each family is asked to give 5 hours each season
5 hours in Fall: September-November
5 hours in Winter: December-February
5 hours in Spring: March-May
There are ways to give your time at school, at home, during and outside of school hours and for every talent, interest and skill level.
