W.I.N.G.S. is a parent network that Works with Intention to Nurture the Growth of our School

The W.I.N.G.S. mission: We support the mission, students and educators of Pioneer Springs Community School. We work cooperatively with students, educators and families on community development, creative communication, opportunities for gratitude and complimentary learning

Volunteer Engagement 

• Offer Pioneer families the opportunities to give their time and talents to the school 
• Provide support for classroom needs, events, projects and daily needs of the school 
• Assist parents in their role as partners in their student’s education 

Staff appreciation

• Provide the opportunity for families to express appreciation for our teachers, staff and administrators

Room Parent coordination

• Organize and supporting parent leaders in each classroom

Community Building

• Facilitate Seasonal Community Project Days to support the structural needs of the school 
• Plan events that engage our parents and students regularly in fellowship, service and play
